A Leading Culturally Diverse Farm Teams Agribusiness Workshop in Cobden on Monday November 14 will give a taste of what you could achieve.
This free workshop, delivered by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture, allows participants to understand their personal leadership style and apply this to the cultural diversity found on Australian farms. This workshop is suited for individuals working in farm businesses and industry who manage people or lead teams. During the session, participants will be guided through leadership theory completing a leadership style assessment on themselves. It will examine the different cultures found on Australian farms and how best to adjust operational human resource processes for different cultures. It delivers content from the Institute’s Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness.
